Smoke Pace (the “App”) helps users manage their smoking by recording and reviewing smoking logs, cigarette counts, times, statistics, and related information. This policy explains how information is handled in the App.
2. Data stored in the App
Smoking records and settings are primarily stored on your device. The operator of Smoke Pace does not collect these records on its own servers. The App does not provide user account registration.
This data is used to display records, calculate statistics, and apply your settings. You can delete smoking records using the App’s deletion features. The App’s own code does not send your smoking records or settings to advertising services.
Depending on your device and operating system settings, App data may be included in operating system backup and restore services. Such processing is governed by the settings and policies of the operating system or backup service you use.
3. Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. Google or advertising partners may collect and use device identifiers (such as advertising IDs), IP addresses, device and app information, and ad interaction information such as impressions and clicks to deliver ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud. The information collected and the types of ads served may depend on your device settings, consent choices, and applicable requirements.
The App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent when needed in regions including the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. The App updates consent information at launch and displays ads only when UMP indicates that ads may be requested.
When UMP makes privacy options available, “広告のプライバシー設定 / Privacy options” appears in the App’s settings, allowing you to change your choices. Consent information is managed by UMP. Core features, such as recording your smoking, remain available regardless of your consent choices.
5. Third-party services
Google AdMob: Used to serve ads in the App. Its handling of information is subject to Google’s policies linked above and other applicable terms.
Google User Messaging Platform: Used to determine whether consent is required, display consent forms, and manage privacy choices. See Google’s official documentation for iOS and Android.
6. Children’s privacy
Smoke Pace is intended for smoking management and is not directed at children.
7. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as necessary, including when the App’s features or the services it uses change. The latest version will be published on this page.
