Smoke Paceについて
Smoke Paceは、喫煙した本数や日時を記録し、喫煙の間隔や統計を確認できるアプリです。毎日のペースを振り返り、自分に合った目標に向けて少しずつ取り組むことをサポートします。
基本的な使い方
- 記録画面の「＋1」ボタンをタップすると、現在の日時で1本分を記録します。
- 記録し忘れた場合は、手動追加から過去の日付と時刻を指定します。
- 履歴のタイムラインやカレンダーで記録を確認し、ペース・統計画面で変化を振り返ります。
- 設定画面で1日の目標本数、目標間隔、価格、言語などを調整できます。
よくある質問
喫煙を記録するには？
記録画面の「＋1」ボタンをタップしてください。過去の記録は手動追加から登録できます。誤って直前の記録を追加した場合は、「元に戻す」が表示されている間に操作できます。
データはどこに保存されますか？
喫煙記録や設定は基本的に端末内に保存されます。アカウント登録は不要で、Smoke Pace運営者の独自サーバーに喫煙記録を収集しません。端末やOSの設定によっては、OSのバックアップ・復元機能の対象になる場合があります。
アプリの削除や端末変更でデータが失われる可能性があります。運営者はサーバーから記録を復元できません。
広告について教えてください。
Smoke PaceはGoogle AdMobによるバナー広告を表示します。広告配信の可否や通信状況によって、広告が表示されない場合があります。情報の取り扱いは、下記のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
広告のプライバシー設定を変更するには？
必要な地域では、Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）を通じて同意画面を表示します。UMPが変更機能を利用可能と判断した場合、設定画面に「広告のプライバシー設定 / Privacy options」が表示されます。ここから選択内容を変更できます。項目が表示されない場合もあります。同意の選択にかかわらず、喫煙記録などの基本機能は利用できます。

About Smoke Pace
Smoke Pace lets you record cigarette counts and times, review intervals between cigarettes, and explore your statistics. It helps you reflect on your daily pace and make gradual progress toward your own goals.
Getting started
- Tap the “＋1” button on the Log screen to record one cigarette at the current date and time.
- If you missed a record, use “Add manually” to enter a past date and time.
- Review your records in the History timeline or calendar, and explore changes in Pace and Trends.
- Use Settings to adjust your daily cigarette goal, target interval, price, language, and other preferences.
Frequently asked questions
How do I record a cigarette?
Tap the “＋1” button on the Log screen. Use “Add manually” for past records. If you accidentally add a record, you can undo the last entry while the “Undo” option is visible.
Where is my data stored?
Smoking records and settings are primarily stored on your device. No account registration is required, and the operator of Smoke Pace does not collect smoking records on its own servers. Depending on your device and operating system settings, data may be included in operating system backup and restore services.
Removing the App or changing devices may result in data loss. The operator cannot restore records from a server.
Why does the App show ads?
Smoke Pace displays banner ads through Google AdMob. Ads may not appear depending on ad availability, whether ads may be requested, and network conditions. See the privacy policy below for details about how information is handled.
How can I change my ad privacy choices?
Where required, the App displays a consent form through Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). When UMP makes the option available, “広告のプライバシー設定 / Privacy options” appears in Settings so you can change your choices. This option may not appear for every user. Core features, such as recording cigarettes, remain available regardless of your consent choices.
